Automatic sheet production machine.
- Body made of AISI304 stainless steel.
- Laminator group consisting of two pairs of large diameter rollers with special profiles.
- Mechanics mounted on four spaced sides to prevent possible pasta infiltration in the mechanical components.
- Tilting rear mixing tank, made of AISI304 stainless steel, with extractable mixer and rounded corners to prevent accumulation of bacterial charge.
- Front tank for collecting dough.
- Automatic sheet winding system on conveyor belt.
- All components in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or materials compatible with foodstuffs.
